Pork loin fatty style. Habenero, raspberry, manderin oranges, and sausage. Double bacon weave, Tony's seasoning. Was very tasty.

Oh yeah, I actually started using that a couple months ago and it’s awesome!  Just hadn’t thought of it as “Tony’s.” I will now though, especially since it’s better than other Creole seasonings I’ve tried in the past. (I actually have some packed in my suitcase for California at the moment.) ;)
