Exterminator.

This what happens when you play with your food & fire.

I used some Hot Italian sausage links, Pepperoni, String Cheese and deli style Ham.

The sausage casing is cut open on one side then stuffed with 1/2 a stick of cheese & pepperoni strips.

Then pinched closed, roughly.

Roll it up in a slice of ham...or turkey for the vegetarians.

The two on the right are the vegetarians.

HFG, these look like a great idea. I may have to try this with a bacon wrap.

I made some of these with bratwurst and they were great, & less spicy. Bulk style sausage works too but youll get more oozage, especially if you wrap it to tight, and its more work.

Turkey will work for the wrapper but is really tender and splits open easily, having the deli girl slice it thicker might help. In my last pic you can almost see a turkey wrapped one and how it split open.

The Exterminator is fast & easy to make...think inside the bun.
