At what temp did you pull it off of the machine?
I pulled it off at 138°. I got busy and forgot about it. I wanted it off around 130°. It was still pretty tasty!
My wife made a food tray for a party that fell through. Worked out well for me!
I realized I was slicing with the grain right about the time I realized I'd had 7 of those beers.
