Smoked ham! Help

Hey fellas!
I'll be smoking a ham for first time, maple honey whiskey glaze.
Should I use the rotisserie or put it on the grate???
Why one over the other? Does it even matter

I do a 20lb ham every year for Christmas. I also have a turkey on the rotisserie. I flip the ham a couple times. If I had 2 rotisseries, I would use it for the ham as well

This method is what I’ve used before with great results. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving!

Rotisserie is my first choice for most things and ham is at the top of the list. I do but portion bone in hams often, they always turn out great. Do a little trussing just to keep things from flopping about.
