Breaking in the new 26"er.
« on: November 22, 2017, 05:03:40 AM »
I bought a new 26" the other day, and broke it in last night. The first cook was 3 full slabs of babyback ribs. I love this thing. I can't believe how much more cooking surface there is compared to my 22". I think a smoked Boston Butt or a brisket will be next. Life is good.
