Found a Redhead

Met a friend for lunch. He mentioned that he walked past a kettle on the side of the road on the way there. I told him about how cool the color changing kettles are, wishing I had one. He says nothing. We left, and walked around the corner. From about 100 yards out I see it. I say "is that it? Is it red?!" He confirms it is, and the thing is in my car ASAP.



Will need a bit of touching up, but I'm looking forward to the restoration process.

Not sure what the date code is...will look for that later.

Uhhh...what needs to be touched up? Clean the grate, light a fire, and start cooking!

As far as the date, I'd guess...'89-'94 by the color and lack of a red mist fade. Just a guess though. Once you get the code we will know.
