Vegan night

It was just veggies tonight (don't want to get the meat sweats, and require a de-rib-rillator, as I've heard the St Louis guys say). Mini peppers, asparagus and mushrooms in the 20-inch cast iron skillet. Very good.
Then had grilled peaches and ice cream for dessert. Topped with honey and almond slivers. Outstanding.

I will admit, I love my veggies. Looks pretty damn good.
That appears to be a Lodge 17" skillet ?? I need to bust out mine. Great piece of CI.

You're right, MacEggs. It's a 17. I misspoke. Bought it this summer, and it's one of the best purchases I ever made. Love using it on the kettle for almost anything, also for deep-dish pizza.
