I'm about 5 min away from throwing on last years Salmon that has finally been freed from the cold confines of my chest freezer. I'm putting one fillet on my SSP equipped with a Slow N Sear and the other fillet is taking its turn on the maiden voyage for my newly cleaned up Redhead MBH. Can't wait till see how it turns out!
