@mhiszem It's called a Cookina Grill sheet... its made of PTFE (Teflon) so its super non-stick, easily washes up clean with soap and water, and best of all you can still get grill marks right through the mat. Lets heat through but liquid wont fall through the sheet so it keeps your cooker much cleaner with messy items. Highly recommended!

the sheet looks rounded but online all the pics look rectangular?
