Himalayan pink salt slab

 Grabbed this at my local lowes for thirty Canadian dollereroos shrimp and steak turned out awesome



Cleaned up pretty nice going to try some fresh Halibut on it tonight.

I love mine, been using it for years, I have it set in a cookie sheet so it does not get ruined
If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

My first one broke so I found a sheet just bigger than the slab. I only move it cool. Fish is great on it. Oh use a soft spatula on it. My metal one kept chipping it
