Burger month entry; The Beast
« on: May 11, 2017, 09:24:42 AM »

This is my entry. It's called "The Beast ". What we have is a half pound pattie of ground beef. 2 strips of bacon. 2 slices of peameal bacon. 1 hot dog sliced. Sauteed mushrooms. Montreal smoked meat. 2 slices of smoked oka cheese.

WOW! I actually think I can smell that through the screen! I'd need a license to take that beast down. Hope that table has some extra bracing - could be a world's record.

This is basically my "place holder" pic. I had this idea, so I made it. It tasted good, so I'll tweak it a bit and do a final presentation with details within the next week or so.

Gorgeous burger! I like the split hotdog. Gives height for presentation. Very nice, Dario!

Looks amazing. Way over the top in a good way. No top bun and no vegi toppings?

Veggies? We don't no stinking veggies!!!! Dragging the burger through the garden at this point would be shtupid-ass redundant anyways.

I'd take a whack at it Darko but fail to mention it to my cardiologist thank you.

;D ;D ;D   With that much meat... couple slices of tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce won't make much difference I know.... but I would still fell less guilty gulping one down with some one it.  :D

Whatever happen to your healthy cooks last year. Have you given up on your greens  :)
