So, my month of May has taken a turn for the "holy crap I am busy".  I had grandious plans of making a really unique burger.  If I can still get to it before the end of the month I will submit something else.

Anyway here it is, started with frozen burgs from  a local butcher shop.

Cooking on the P code Green MT with the slow n sear.

Gotta love those @zavod44 handles

Warming up

Burgs on

I love this seasoning

Oh yeah

Done - since these were frozen, they had a lot of indirect time so I added some wood for a light smoke as you can see it is cheese infused now.

The Build start with a Brioche bun lightly buttered.

Over the cooling coals, still very hot with the SnS

down with the ketchup and mustard

Burger on and Mayo on top

Sauteed Onions and more Ketchup

Finally Lettuce and some pickles - I am not a tomato guy

Done and Done

My son wanted me to get a pic of his burger.

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

My youngest daughter loves farm dust on her veggies.  I  never thought of putting it on a burger. Gonna have to try it now. Your burger looks great, no tomato.👍

Sweet handles too.
