1st attempt at pork belly
« on: April 17, 2017, 07:42:42 PM »
Fired up my SSP for some marinated pork belly strips tonight. The GF's dad did a tasty Korean-style marinade for them. Indirect for about an hour, then over the coals to crisp up that fat. Everyone was happy with the final product.
What do YOU do with your pork belly?

That looks delicious! This reminds of a video Malcom Reed just did on pork belly also. I have got to try this.
