First cook on Homer's Smokey Joe

Been wanting a 22 inch Homer for awhile, but the Smokey Joe will do for now. My daughter mentioned to me that she wanted some shrimp on a stick. Went to the store and got some shrimp and skewers and got to work.

Looks good!  That's exactly what I'm cooking tonight on my SJ lime.  Grilled shrimp are always so good and are gone super fast.

Absolutely right! These were gone in a matter of minutes. The kids loved them.

Thank You! They sure tasted great. Brushed them before and during cooking with butter, garlic, lemon juice, and cajun seasoning.

I have both sizes of homers but I can't bring myself to use them, I wish I could some used ones. The shrimp look great. Is it legal to grill with charcoal in a fire lane?[emoji12]
