My local meatery had a sale on Bone-In Ribeye, T-Bone, and Porterhouse steaks today, all 1-1/4" thick and a jolly red!
So I bought a Ribeye, 2 T-Bones, and a Porterhouse.
I'm ready with my Kosher Salt and my 18" Kettle!
