Looking good! I got some pork shoulders/butts on my blue MT since 11:00 am this morning. Almost done at 185f now. I will take it off at 195f and rest it for 30min to 1hr. My wife is waiting for me to finish.

Byrons Butt Rub, smoked with some apple wood 3 hrs, wrap in foil 1hr, finished with some Williamson Bros BBQ sauce 1/2 hr
