Faux burnt ends using country style ribs.

I used country style pork ribs with Meatheads Memphis Dust. Smoked them for about 3 hours.
Then I cut the meat from the bones and cubed it. In the pan with the meat I added more MMD and bbq sauce. Then back on the grill for a little over an hour.
They came out pretty tasty.
