Pork picnic shoulder at store for only $9.00???

Injected aple juice and brown sugar. Applewood rub
Peach chunks with snake method
Meat was over 9 lbs with huge fat cap. Did a lot of trimming but didn't take pics



11 hours later


Out comes the forks and shread it!!!
