3-2-1 st louis rib

Cooked a st. louis rib today using the 3-2-1 cooked about 240  and it turned out great, when I wrapped in foil I put on  parkay, brown sugar and honey and about 1/4 cup beer, was falling off the bone no plated picture all I had was beer and ribs.
