Dutch oven Chicken Pot Pie and Oxtail Stew

Made both of these dishes last week, pretty much the same technique, just different ingredients.

Yes, sprinkled them with S&P and dredged in flour before browning on all sides.  It's the most time consuming part, but worth it to deglaze all the tasty brown bits with red wine. 
With each cook I'm more impressed with how versatile these grills are.

Question, is the CI grate set down inside the kettle or do you have a roti-ring/spacer type of thing on there ?

It's just the regular craycort cast iron grill set inside the kettle.
