2 3lb chuck roasts in the kettle. Makes me wish that I had a 26 or ranch.
Bought a recipe online.....thought it was something else but giving the dry rub and bbq sauce a shot. I've never done either home made before.

Awesome, can't wait to see the results. Heres what I came up with when I recently did a couple tri tips and needed more real estate. GOOD LUCK!!
