I've been traveling for work and eating out. My wife misses my cooking. It only seemed appropriate to fire up the kettle. This is my first charcoal cook during the week; my current gasser is being put back together.
Lit half a chimney of royal oak (starting to really like this stuff) and much to my surprise it was ready to go in less than 10 min.
On the menu: chicken, veggies, rice. Sounds pretty plain. Grilled the chicken using Weber's roasted garlic and herb season (new go to), cast iron zucchini and carrots over the fire, wild rice with some butter and stock as the base.
