Burger Throwdown - Week night Bacon Cheddar Burger

OK so let's start this off with, I didn't have a lot of time, this weekend will be packed and I am not sure I will be able to even submit so I took a slight shortcut.

Corner Italian meat market is famous for its meat at not so great prices, but hey I do know it is all freshly ground.

They had 5 ground round patties and 1 Bacon cheddar burger left, oh darn I guess dad gets to take one for the team.

Up for tonight's cook, my new C&B Lime performer, @jbenavidez2  has my older one.  put a Red WKC sticker on it, I think I liked Blue better, oh well.

I don't know about you but I LOVE an olive burger, this stuff is amazing. If I had Blue Cheese, it would have been at another level.

I got that at Costco, to be honest I have never has Olive tapenade so I can't compare.  I do know it is delicious.

I used to go through that muffalata mix like crazy back in the day.  I haven't seen it at my local Costco.  I'd put that on burgers all the time or eat it straight out of the jar.  Great burgers.

LB, how did I miss seeing your entry earlier.   Love that C&B GG (shark gill Gen2 w/ new Gen4 table, nice).  Your burger pics are amazing, man I'd love to be eating one of those right now :)
