I went up north this past weekend and it was cold >:(! The cold that hurts! Decided to go out for dinner on the first night and it reminded me why I cook out more then dine out! The pasta was okay but the steak :o! Not sure it was varmint or critter ???

So next day I did the cooking! 2° and windy but worth it.

Did some turds, green beans, baby carrots, onions, potatoes and steak with grilled onions and provolone cheese!

That's a great looking feed. I'm only braving 64 deg. right now, so good on you.

I'd take snow over rain any day! Rain is so wet, at least you can brush off snow!

Way to get out there in the cold!

kettlecook

Great looking cook. And you didn't need no stinking ceramic cooker in that cold! Hats off to ya! Looks like it was really good.
