@addicted-to-smoke, I was using two Maverick probes. I checked them before the cook in a glass of ice water and they were both within a degree of each other. I was using a Slow 'n Sear, but I would think that the same would hold true if you were running a snake since the probe in the lid was pretty much in the center.

@RumBar. While I do use Gurus on my twos WSMs when I compete. Both of the kettles are normally aspirated.
