More Meatloaf

The day before New Years Eve was meatloaf day.

Started with Moms Meatloaf from Festival Foods, $2.89 a pound in the tin.




Butt Rub, Ground Red & Black Pepper, Chipotle, BBQ Sauce and Thick Bacon.




Outside 25 degrees Fahrenheit.



Hickory Smoke.



Done at 160 degrees.



Plate shot.



Tasted Great.

Never saw a smoke ring on a meatloaf before.  Looks really good!
