Everything simply fell into place. I was looking for something to cook. The grocer had a marked down porterhouse, it was a little thin, but it would do. Then there were the tuna medallions on sale. A little Brussel Sprouts, a few taters. Just sorry I forgot to get a picture of it plated up.
My GF got the filet off the porterhouse and one of the medallions. Both cooked a bit longer than my portions. It's the first time she's tried "real" tuna and she liked it.
