Rain Rain Go Away , I've had this Tri Trp dried rubbed for several days!

Tri Tip , roasted ranch potatoes , asparagus and stuffed mushrooms

2 pounds of baby potatoes 1/4 cup oil and a packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix , I also hit them with some Weber Korean BBQ Seasoning .

I put a slice of jalapeño cheese smoked sausage in each mushroom and topped with mozzarella , really good

I grazed so much while cooking I never plated myself up

Sometimes rain is a blessing in disguise. Now your garage should smell grate for a couple of weeks.
