Brisket Sliders
« on: December 12, 2015, 04:36:54 AM »
Today I'm having about 30 people over for a little party. Grilled items will include ABTs, chicken satay, and veggie skewers. Last night I smoked a brisket to be served today on slider buns with thinly sliced onion, jalapeņos, pickles, and horseradish white cheddar sauce. Here are a few pics of the cook and the sample I had to "test" last night:

@AcrossFromHoss - sauce was just a block of white cheddar, a couple spoonfuls of horseradish and a little sour cream.  Pretty simple, but worked out well with the beef.

Sounds awesome and will be replicated soon. Thanks for passing it along.
