Thanks

Just wanted to say thanks to the folks on this forum. I was a lurker here for a long time. I've always enjoyed the food pics and recipies and wondered if a Weber was really any different from other grills and smokers. Well let me tell ya, I've had a lot of grills and smokers. I've had  a copper performer now for several weeks and I am convinced no other grill can compare. It amazes me how long I can get cooking heat from a single chimney of briquettes or lump coal. I just finished my first boneless chicken roll, thanks to an earlier post for giving me the knowledge and inspiration!  Looking forward to a long relationship from which I can enjoy the many benefits!!!!
