Fishmongersexpo Holland

Today I visited the anual fishmongersexpo in Spakenburg Holland. At the expo is a lott to see, most supliers present them selves there with all their ( new) product. So a lott of beautifull fish from all over the world, shrimps, lobster&crab, oisters but also all kinds of marinades, rubs, oils etc. Ofcourse there was a lot to see and taste!

Afterwards there was a tour at one of the largest fresh fishsupliers in Holland, Fishpartners. Walking throug their warehouse and seeing all of that topquality fresh fish my hands starten itching and my mouth drooling! Soms off those fish are now defenetly on my bbq bucketlist!
