Brie Burgers

Medium ground beef with with some chunks of brie and Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom spice mixed into the meat....the wife and her daughter had burgers plain.

I took the opportunity to bring the MBH's out to meet the MLH:







Topped with mustard, onion, sliced mushrooms, arugula and a little mayo on the top of the bun:

Man those burgers look awesome and that Wood Dale is mint! I imagine you have those burgers good and hot or the brie will solidify. Or am I just crazy?

Great line up! And the burgers look fantastic, hmmm... Brie in the burger, this might just have to be tried.
