Week night wings and thighs

So my cousin runs a a rock-n-roll themed Mexican restaurant and I had mentioned to him about a Mexican style rub for wings. He said if could come with a good rub he was down with putting it on the menu. So I started mixing spices like a mad scientist chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, S/P, onion powder the list goes on. The first run left something to be desired. But this run all though not prefect but I can tell I'm headed in the right direction.
Got the OTS ready

Seasoned up wings, thighs and carrots
Got them on indirect(I really need to order my vortex) but for now this technique work very good for me. Thigh have been on for a little while they are getting their sear on right now
And then the carrots go direct for a while
Wings are seasoned with Mexican rub. Thighs just have my homemade rub and carrots have olive oil and S/P. Sorry didn't get a plate shot or even a finished product shot. I guess I was to occupied with tasting my Mexican wings. Everything turn out good next I will blanch the carrots longer as they weren't quite tender enough. Thanks for looking
