I've had a vertical roaster for a while and it was calling my name. I don't usually put a beer can in it.
Setting up the charcoal - 1/2 mini chimney on top of some leftover charcoal and chicken in a foil drip/heat shield
It got a chunk of hickory and a rotation about half way through
Marinated some tomato halves in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, and salt and pepper
Got some really good color
Had some store bought porcini gnocchi and steamed broccoli with garlic cream sauce (
