Hofy inspired dinner

The tritip Hofy posted looked so good, I grilled one up for dinner.
We were going to have salmon, but tritip sounded better. Salmon tomorrow.

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

That's a pizza screen. Tritip direct, 3min each side then indirect. The asparagus went on direct for about 6-7 min.

Looks great!  I wish we had green grass and fresh asparagus when I did mine.  Watching the snow fall now.
