It's not been a good week for me so some tasty food is in order this evening. The main course will be some back ribs that looked really nice at the store - treated to the usual dual rub procedure and then onto the smoker. My WSM also received a very well deserved handle upgrade. Much more fitting of such a capable machine.

@eccj's prosciutto prawns a go tonight, as well as some sort of potato dish... perhaps loaded skins.
