This is what I did this summer!!  I'd be willing to do it again. The smoky soup was terrific!

Yep I use cow rib roast, neither of us are turkey fans so we get a small 3 or 4 rib roast and get our grub on.

I believe the bird was about 12 pounds and I don't recall the time cooked. It was done this summer sorry about that.
I was planning on making a log book to reference in the future so I can recall what I cooked and how I cook it.
I know I'm getting old and the recall is slowing down. haha

Pretty much THE ONLY THING I remember about both versions of Total Recall, well that and the fact that Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel are in the new one....
