Steak and Tomatoes
«

Steak is a favourite at our house. Picked up a package of Rib steak from Costco. Kept it simple. My wife made up a nice plate of tomatoes from the garden.
I used the Barberian's
Used a chimney to get really hot coals, then used the 18 to sear them.
That BBQ was really, really hot. I had them on only a total of less than 8 minutes. Slightly more done that I wanted.
But they were delicious. Served with some tomatoes, boconcini, olives, and dried basil, drizzled in balsamic glaze.

I am loving the Barberian's ... my wife not so much. More for me, eh?!
Nice 18.

Kissed by fire! Those steaks look perfect to me, and that has to be one of the nicest plates of tomatoes I have seen. Excellent cook, thanks for sharing.

Those steaks are great, making me so hungry. Tomatoes look awesome also. That looks like a hell of a hot kettle to perfect for steaks.
