This was from last week and just. I getting around to posting. Grilled up a flank steak oiled with canola oil and seasoned with bone suckin steak rub. Cooked over kingsford blue direct to sear and then indirect to come to temp. Threw some corn and jalapeņo on as well. Such a juicy cut of meat. Wifey made a Gorgonzola cheese sauce to put on top of the steak but by the. I was darn starving and forgot any further pics after I sliced up the flank steak. Thanks for lookin.
