Did some pork ribs this past weekend
« on: March 24, 2014, 08:40:36 AM »
I really like my kettle. I went with the snake method using Stub's charcoal at about 260 degrees using the 321 kinda deal. Lovin' it man. I will try to post a picture.
No luck with the pictures. Also did a tri tip and 2 lobster tail. Also some mushrooms stuffed with spinach/artichoke dip. I had a good day. Sorry about the pictures.

Peshewah, try taking a gander at this:

http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/trading-post/how-to-post-pictures-here-at-the-wkc/

You're notable to put up photos direct, has to be thru a third party hosting site.....it's free for most of the sites & doesn't take very long to set up.............

If you already have Photo bucket or the like, just make sure you leave a space between the picture tag & any other wording you add.....

See Here:

I did it. Kinda big. What you see is 3 hours into the cook and was getting ready to wrap it up with a little Dr. Pepper for a few hours and then back on the grill to firm up. I like to use Smoking in the Dark seasoning. Thanks again Buckie
