Pulled Ribs Sandwiches
« on: January 25, 2014, 09:28:11 PM »
While surfing the web I found this recipe very pretty that exploits the ribs but not in the traditional way in making them overcooked, and then pulled the bun and fill with the meat, sauces and what we please!

ingredients:
Ribs
Four Four Rub
sauces
gherkins
grilled onions
Bun
Smoke Wine Barrel Chunks

The Ribs I've done in the Mini Smokey Mountain and I cooked for 5 hours and a half to a T abundant between 230/266*F and overcooked anyway, then I frayed since a cut with a knife, doused in BBQ sauce and stuffed sandwiches with mustard, gherkins, onions and ribs in sauce ... I accompanied the sandwiches with rosemary potatoes and beer! What about the sandwich was a rare kindness that could compete with the undisputed king of sandwiches ... Her Majesty's Pulled Pork. Try them to do when you make the ribs, leaving one ribs than the others and then pull..you will not regret it! Enjoy your meal....

I love rib sandwiches. My wife usually strips the bones from our leftover ribs and makes rib sandwiches for my lunch. Yummy!!
