Did some thick pork chops and some pears tonight. Pears are so good when grilled!!

That looks really good. I have to ask, what do you do to the PEARS to prepare them for grilling? Anything other than just cut and core them?

The pears have olive oil and balsamic vinegar and then a little bit of your rub of choice.
