Its a piece of conduit and a wing nut , it works for me i dont remove the center while cooking .

That looks great.........only thing I'd be askin' to add is MORE !!!!!

The drrippin's make for a great 'soppin' beans' plate up.......I always try to have some kind of bread or rolls to go along with...... ;D

Great looking cookup.  I was going to try buckies beans last weekend, but the WSM was full of butts and I had no more room.  Where can I get a side table like that?  That's just what I need.

Well that sucks  :(.  I can make the wood part easily enough.  I see how you made/attatched the leg, but could you please show a pic of how the top is mounted?  Would be much appreciated!
