I picked up a couple of Red Heads while on vacation and my wife approved.... 8) The thread which displays this can be seen here with all the adventures..

This one I named Red Skelton an early 70's Statesman. Took him out today for his debut comeback performance.

Here's Red getting ready for the show

Coals fired up with a chunk of hickory for some smoke

He came up to temp and held well at 300* for the entire cook with two vents closed

And the backup cast are 6 ears of sweet corn, Beer Brats from Bavaria, German sweet kraut and some wonderful sharp mustard form Germany

Sweet corn after the turn

Brats and Kraut awaiting their turn on Red

Everybody on stage at the same time

Corn is done and ready for a rest

Dinner is served

Mrs. Blues doing the Wargames thing with the corn.....

And my plate. Red had a Five Star show. Very pleased with the performance...standing ovation.......
