Chicken on the genesis

I get whole cut up chickens from a local butcher and they are smaller than the store bought chickens but cook up and taste better IMO.   I did carrots and sweet peppers in a skillet next to the chicken on the grill. I seasoned the chicken and grilled it then glazed with bachans Japanese bbq (basically teriyaki) and some spicy Vietnamese chili garlic sauce.

It looks messy and was messy but this flavor combo was really good.
