Chili Dogs on the KJ

Done this a few times on the kettles, gave the KJ a nod tonight.  And yes we watch Maude…. We both grew up in the 70s.

Thanks!  We go with Kirkland's all beef from Costco.  When they have footlong buns we get the 1/4 lb longer ones and if they only have regular buns we get the regular size.  1/4 lb comes in a pack of 14 so we vac seal and freeze in two packs for later.  The regular size comes in 3 packs of 10 so we freeze two of the packs and cook one.  Great flavor with these....
