Pulled pork and…
« on: July 28, 2022, 09:50:03 PM »
Did a bone in pork shoulder on the ssp. Used cherry chunk or two. About four hours to form the wonderful crust/bark. Used yellow mustard with Kinders Smokehouse garlic, and Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub. Place in the crock pot to slow com overnight. Made some Mac n cheese, the wife. Chopped up some of her small chopped red potatoes. All was good.put just a touch of Sweet Baby Rays Sweet Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce on it.
