Weekday ribs

Ribs on sale at local store. 1.77 lbs. spares the I trimmed up myself. Mustard and MC Hily Voodoo. 3 hours at 300, wrapped with butter and peach jalapeño sauce. Going to sauce them about 10 before removal with KH the BBQ Sauce/peach jalapeño mixture.

looks grate, I was going to ask if you made your own peach jalapeno glaze, but I see it's purchased, I love that combo
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

It was very good. I really like making my own stuff from scratch, I just have not spent much time with sauces.

Looks awesome as always King….. I have the Lodge sauce pot as well.  It’s perfect for holding warm sauces and glazes.
