Always love a little char on my ribs as well. I’ve often put my ribs over the coals after cooking with the SnS. We call that “pulehu” here in Hawaii. A little fire to the food can sometimes make all the difference. I’d recommend checking to see if there’s any upcoming sales before pulling the trigger.
