Great looking Valentines Day dinner Joe! We had leftover Super Bowl party brisket and steamed oysters  for dinner.

Happy Wife = Happy Life

Tell @jebivswife I said " Hello"

Cheers

Looks like a great dinner.....first time I've seen lobster tail served bottom side up!  Kellee had dental work done yesterday so we had loaded baked potato soup which was really good.

Good to see that Glen Blue cranking out awesome meals....

I injected clarified butter in them, didn't want it to run out, I will do that again, they were awesome

I love those knives, @jebivswife not so much because I won't let her put them in the dishwasher, so I get to hand wash them LOL

Dam I just came home from a dinner engagement with wife and freinds to open this page and see Valentines Day cook and now I am hungry again. I will never lose any weight watching this site...
Excellant job by the way. My favorite greens also.
